![]() It starts at 2 Different Points, The points have to be one of the Base Glyphs and cannot Start in the middle of a Random part of the Circle. Now onto the Explanation for your Second theory, imagine this. Then imagine each of the 4 Base Glyphs activating and the circle start to Protrude Colored light on the Line from each 2 Sides of each Base Glyph. (For the sake of Separation, I'm still gonna refer to it as a Combo) The reason it's w whole new Glyph is because of that Connection, making it 1 Continuous Line rather than 4.Ĭlose your eyes and Imagine the Glyph Circle. So once the Circle is added and Connects them, it turns into one Glyph. Think of it this way, without the Circle, there would be 4 Different Glyphs acting against each other at the same time. ![]() And the circle is what's Connecting their Magic. My there is that all the Spell start and End at the exact same time, giving them the ability to Properly Merge together into one. And no, it can't start from 2 Different points at the same time, as the Connection would overlap at the 2 Edges of where the Spell was being cast and Colliding. Because no matter what I think about it, there's no Direct Current leading the order in any Specific Direction. Now, your thought on "Where does it start and End" Is a really good Question. (Presumably because they weren't stacked). Her explanation with the Sentencing of Glyphs is pretty Clear. Now let's quickly Recap - As Lilith explained, it does make sense that Eda's Glyph Combo couldn't have worked. I've thought about Glyphs a LOT, and they're Fascinating to me. Idk, it's a bit of a stretch, which is why I'm asking if others have any alternate explanations. ![]() Basically, it creates some initial ice to merge into Eda's ice, then creates a burst of fire to evaporate the entire amalgamation from the inside out, then creates ice again to stimulate some entropy and convert the vapor into snow (for some reason), then finally, creates light to make the snow glow (for some reason). In Lilith's case, my guess as to what happened is that it starts from the Ice glyph on the right and goes clockwise from there. What I don't understand is - where does this "sentence" start? From there, does it go clockwise or counter-clockwise? Maybe it goes both ways until it reaches the ending glyph? It's totally unclear at this point. Now, as for Lilith's Glyph Combo, I have not the slightest idea how it works.Īccording to Lilith, it's more like a sentence than two words stacked on top of one another, making the command more comprehensible. This is my working theory anyways, but what do you guys think? Unlike light, it can't bounce off surfaces or possess "light energy" that other materials can absorb, making it somewhat of an unstoppable force that keeps growing indefinitely. It's problematic because ice works nothing like light. As a result, (my guess is that) it tries to protrude rays of light from a single point (like the Light glyph), except it gets confused and protrudes physical ice instead (like the Ice glyph). According to Lilith, the glyph got "confused" and didn't know how to properly command the magic around it. Now I'm super curious how either of them work.Įda drew a Light glyph on top of an Ice glyph (or vice versa. While they were pretty straight forward in Season 1, in Season 2 they were expanded upon with Eda's "Super Glyph" and Lilith's "Glyph Combo", in ways I did not expect. I may or may not be a little too invested on the inner workings of glyph magic. For example, (#luz) will yield For more information, click here.
